1、多孔介质燃烧用介质材料的结构设计；

2、碳化硅多孔材料性能优化与可控制备

主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金1项、湖北省自然科学基金1项，并参与多项国家、省部级项目；在国内外发表高水平学术论文15余篇，授权国家发明专利8项。
